With the module, you can easily manage requests, questions, and team situations, redirect them to the appropriate managers, and so on. This is done within a unified system. When someone encounters an issue, they open a case, and a manager assigns it to a responsible employee who handles the correspondence and resolves the problem or request. Case statuses can be monitored in real time.
In the "Cases" section, you can see the number of open, closed, and on-hold cases currently in the company, as well as understand in which category there are the most open cases, when the cases were created, and when they were last updated. Additionally, details about each case are available in the case window, so you can always stay current on what's happening in your company.
